चाणक्य नीति धेरै पढिने प्राचिन अनुभवसिद्ध भनाइहरुको संग्रह हो ।

केहि यी भनाइहरु अहिले पनि सान्दर्भिक छन् । किन मान्छे एक ठाउँ बाट अर्को ठाउमा जान्छ त? सायद मान्छेहरु घुम्न, सिक्न/पढ्न, कमाउन, सेवा गर्न आदि काम का लागि त्यसो गर्दछन । Some of the aphorisms are relevant even today. Why people go from one place to other? They may go to visit, to learn, to earn, to serve etc.

चाणक्यले पनि यस बारेमा केहि संकेत गरेका छन् । यदि कुनै ठाउँ बस्न योग्य भएमा, वा बसोबासका लागि आधारभूत कुरा भएमा, त्यहा मान्छेहरु बसोबास गर्न सक्छन । यो सायद एक कारण हो मान्छे एक ठाउँ बाट अर्को ठाउँ जान्छन ।
